Slumber Party!

We were very lucky last night to have our good friend Ethan come over to spend the night while his Mommy was in the hospital delivering his new baby sister, Avery Simone!

Eliot had a blast with Ethan this morning. They snuggled in bed with me for a little while, watching "toons".

Later, we all came down and enjoyed watching 'Curious George' while I made breakfast.

We feasted on baby pancakes in honor of baby Avery!

We followed breakfast with some raucous pom pom dancing before Ethan's Granny picked him up to meet his new sister. He was too cute when she told him he had a baby sister. He asked her "Is a sister a boy?" in the most hopeful of voices. We know he'll be a wonderful big brother!
