This morning we headed out before the crack of dawn for the Jingle Bell Run 1K kids fun run in downtown Seattle. This is Eliot's 3rd year running, and Ivor's 1st. We were excited to have Granny and Grandpa joined us this year.
Ivor was very happy, he really liked toddling down the middle of the street and squatted triumphantly at the finish line.
Eliot insisted on wearing her dinosaur boots rather than her running shoes.
Brother and Sister sharing a victory bagel.
We are so proud of our budding athletes!

I did the JBR in Bellingham while I was in high school and I was one of the first few to cross the finish line! The reason is not because I'm athletic but because you're supposed to do the route twice and I didn't know that!! :) Good times...
That is AWESOME!!!
I once made 2 points for the opposing team during a junior high basketball game by going the wrong direction on the court. Sweet!
