Our buyer is still moving along in the most low maintenance of ways. He did the inspection, no big deal. He appears to be reasonable and interested in making this pretty easy which is great. He is getting a good deal and so are we, so hopefully that will continue well.
We had the place inspected that we thought we were going to buy. We are soooo not buying it. Thank goodness for inspections!
We found one in Bothell last night that I was ready to make an offer on, but we had some to look at here in Monroe today so Evan wisely made us wait. Found two in Monroe today that are pretty great, one which we are hoping is "the one".
So, that is it in a nutshell.
