Quick Hello

eliot, Garret and I spent the day in Seattle today. We had a blast at the zoo, where the Gorillas put on a real show by jumping up and down in front of the glass and gesturing to the children. Garret loved it and eliot got a little freaked out before deciding it was pretty cool too.

The zoo has a bunch of life sized bronze sculptures of animals there. Garret and eliot are wary of these sculptures, but also enjoy getting up the courage to touch, hug and stick their fingers up their noses (of course).

After the zoo we had a great lunch at my favorite pizza place on earth, Zeeks on Greenwood Ave.

After lunch we went to Woodlawn Park and played on the playground. The babies got to slide down the biggest slide ever, they were really cute yelling "Weeeeeee!!!!"

All in all, it was a double five star day. I couldn't be more grateful for eliot and Garret, and this was one of those days where I got to really soak up their fabulousness.
